1. Service

RolioNow collects professional information and preferences to build a search profile and identify opportunities aligned with role, experience, location, work mode, pay expectations and other stated conditions.

2. Account and information

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information and confidentiality of credentials. False identities, intentionally misleading information and unauthorised access are prohibited.

3. 14-day target

The reference to 14 days describes the service’s operational target. Interviews, checks, offers and final hiring decisions remain under the control of prospective employers and may take longer.

4. Employer decisions

RolioNow cannot require an employer to hire a candidate. Each employer retains full autonomy over assessment and final decisions.

5. Use and sharing of information

With the required consent, RolioNow may use and share necessary professional information with prospective employers, recruiters or parties involved in the search process.

6. Communications and availability

Users accept communications required to provide the service. RolioNow may perform maintenance and updates and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

7. Proper use and intellectual property

Attempts to compromise security, automate unauthorised access, extract data in bulk or use the service unlawfully are prohibited. Marks, interface, text and code are protected under applicable law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RolioNow is not responsible for autonomous employer decisions, inaccurate information supplied by third parties or users, or events outside its reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Accounts, law and contact
